Series Description: The Visitor Access Control Records consist of forms for dosimetry badges completed by visitors before they enter radiologically controlled areas at Rocky Flats. Data on the forms include visitor names and social security numbers; temporary badge numbers and dates of issue; employers' names, addresses, and phone numbers; and buildings visited. Attached to these are forms titled Radiation Records Authorization, which are signed by visitors to allow the collection and maintenance of radiation exposure records at Department of Energy facilities.
