Series Description: This series consists of 4x6 inch cards issued by Internal Dosimetry requesting employees to submit urine or fecal samples for analyses. The cards provide employee names and identification numbers, dates, and kinds of analyses to be conducted (usually alpha analyses of americium or plutonium). The cards may have been used to tag or identify the samples. No results are provided. Current request cards are generated by the Volume VII.
