Series Description: The Injury, Accident, and Loss Records consist primarily of industrial injury and accident files maintained for individual employees for the duration of their employment at Rocky Flats. Information in the files includes descriptions of the accidents, descriptions of treatment provided by plant physicians, and supervisors' comments concerning causes of the accidents and corrective actions taken or planned. Records in T452 C consist of reports from accident investigations conducted by the Industrial Hygiene Organization.
