Series Description: The Industrial Hygiene Emergency Response and Occurrence Records consist of reports which document employees' accidental exposure to chemicals and other hazardous materials as the result of improper handling procedures, spills, or equipment failure. The reports include the names of employees involved, dates and times of occurrences, building locations, descriptions of accidents, names of supervisors in charge, the supervisors' responses, and Industrial Hygiene's conclusions and recommendations concerning ways to prevent similar occurrences.
