Series Description: This series consists of interoffice memoranda which were used to notify employees of their exposure to radioactive or other hazardous materials, including asbestos and carbon monoxide. The notification sheets provide employees' names, describe the materials to which they were exposed, and cite sampling results indicating the level of the employees' exposure.
