Series Description: This series consists largely of reports containing safety and health guidelines for plant operations. Reports of particular interest include a Summary of DOE/AL [Albuquerque Operations Office] Nuclear Criticality Safety Appraisal at the Rocky Flats Plant and a manual titled Construction Management Safety Training Program. A Health and Safety Plan, prepared to comply with RCRA/CERCLA [the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act/Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation, and Liability Act], addresses health and safety issues, project staffing, lines of authority, permissible exposure limits, containment characteristics, facility risks, sampling methodology, hazard control and monitoring, and contaminated materials handling.
