Series Description: This series consists of files which document the selection of candidates for various managerial positions. A single file for each position includes a job description, internal memoranda concerning management selection board meetings, lists of Rocky Flats employees being considered, resumés from outside applicants, and a supervisor's appraisal. Also included are departmental notifications sent to successful candidates. Among the positions to be filled were managers for component development, plutonium metallurgy, nuclear safety, production processing, research and development, and waste compliance.
