Series Description: This series consists of records relating to mortality studies of Los Alamos/Zia company employees. It contains the history, source programs, and output for the HI4FILE.SRT database file. Also included are computer-generated reports with the following information: employee names, identification/badge numbers, social security numbers, birthdates, hire and termination dates, sex, race/ethnic backgrounds, dates of last known vital status, diagnosis dates, sites, causes of death (all causes, no restrictions), and observed and expected number of deaths for each cause of death (especially cancer). The series also contains several computer-generated reports, including one with Fortran programming information and another of a Zia Company badge list.
