File Description: This file is a composite of all death submissions at Hanford, for the years 1944 through early 1991, with added associated cancer causes of death. Information on individuals includes social security numbers, names, death dates, and birthdates. There are a total of 14,018 records, each having 135 characters and 24 fields. This file is described in the Pacific Northwest Laboratory publication titled Description of the Process Used to Create 1992 Hanford Mortality Study Database.
