Series Description: This series consists of handwritten logs which appear to identify the boxes containing employees' medical charts reviewed for data used in the Atomic Energy Commission Health and Mortality Study. The various logs contain a list of box numbers; the names of reviewers; the total number of charts reviewed in each box; an inventory of box numbers received; dates received and returned; and a compilation of employee information abstracted from the charts, including employee names, and payroll and social security numbers. Also included is a log which lists Du Pont Chemical Company employees whose payroll numbers were missing.
