Series Description: This series consists of occupational and health histories master file data encompassing the period 1944 through 1980. Employee information includes social security numbers, payroll numbers, causes of death, birthdates, work histories, occupational radiation exposures, medical histories, employment tenure dates, and military service. Titles listed on the reels are OPMAST [operation workers]; OPSRT.BCK [backup for original pooled data]; PPWPNL [original input of data from Oak Ridge]; CERX10 [death dates and causes of death]; PNLX10 [names, social security numbers, and birthdates]; and Master (Version 8) [birthdates, death dates, last known vital status, employment information, and radiation doses]. The magnetic tapes were not reviewed; information regarding the tapes was obtained from Pacific Northwest Laboratory.
