Series Description: This series consists of a variety of injury and accident reports. Included are injury claims reported to the Department of Labor by type of injury for Hanford Plant "concessionaires"; reports of accidents for operations, construction, and concessionaire employees; and Hanford Plant Minor Injury Reports. Information listed in the reports includes employee names, addresses, payroll and social security numbers, injury dates, physicians names, contractor employers, and discharge dates.
