Series Description: This series provides an overall profile of cancer malignancies among Hanford employees. Included are photocopied forms titled Employee Deaths Due to Malignancy and Leukemia Incidence HAPO [Hanford Atomic Power Operations] beginning in 1944. The series also contains a list of General Electric Company employees who died of cancer between 1948 and 1968. Data listed on the forms include employee names, sex, birthdates, job titles, length of employment, occupational radiation exposure data, diagnosis dates, and death dates.
