Series Description: This series consists of forms listing employee names, social security numbers, and payroll numbers which were entered incorrectly into the Master File (MST1). Also included are instructions and file definitions used to match information in various data files (including the Occupational Health Histories personal identification and operations files) with the Master file. Information pertains to employee social security numbers, sex, birthdates, and occupational radiation exposures.
