  DESCRIPTION  This is a reference file containing publications 
               and other documents relevant to reports of human 
               radiation experiments. Included are 1984 project 
               summaries prepared  by AEC in response to queries 
               from Congressman R.L. Ottinger and ABC News, as  
               well as the 1986 congressional report American 
               Nuclear Guinea Pigs: Three Decades  of Radiation 
               Experiments on Citizens. Also present are several 
               nuclear medicine  publications that discuss 
               aspects of ORINS/ORAU medical studies.
