Series Description: The Miscellaneous and Special Sampling Request Records consist of cards and forms apparently used to identify samples submitted to the General Laboratory for analysis. Data on the cards include sample types, request numbers, dates, and customer names (i.e., names of plant personnel requesting analysis). Results were also provided, usually in picocuries per liter. The samples were effluent, landfill, and laundry water; raw and treated waste; sludge; oil; silver ingots; and beryllium chips. Data Elements: 103, 118, 124 |
