Series Description: This series consists of records created by the Joint Company-Union Safety Committee, which was established to investigate and resolve employee safety concerns. Included are Safety Concern Forms, which employees used to register complaints about safety problems to the Committee. The forms provide employee names, departments, buildings, and shift numbers; descriptions of safety concerns; and managers' responses. File folders also have correspondence and memoranda which the Committee created during each investigation, and reports of the Committee's conclusions and recommendations.
