Series Description: The Emergency Response System Testing Records document the routine testing of emergency response systems and equipment in Buildings 707 and 771. Included are forms titled LCO [Limiting Conditions for Operations] Surveillance Tracking Forms and SAAM [Selective Alpha Air Monitor] Performance Test Data Sheets. These indicate the systems being tested, system identification numbers, surveillance procedures, deficiencies, testing frequencies, and whether alarms passed or failed.
