Series Description: This series consists of waste analysis requests sent to Waste Identification and Characterization from other departments. The requests include names and telephone numbers of persons requesting analysis; waste descriptions, locations, and stream numbers; reasons for the analysis requests; and properties being tested. Included in the records are Presampling Verification Forms, which are used to indicate whether the samples are from radiation-controlled areas.
