Series Description: This series consists of requests which are sent to the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) to modify the plant's Resource Conservation and Recovery Act Permit. Not all of the modification requests are approved. The records pertain to the addition of waste storage areas; upgrades to the Building 374 process waste system evaporator; and changes to reporting procedures, waste container specifications, and training requirements. The series also contains some transparencies of waste storage facilities that may have been used for a presentation to officials from CDPHE.
