Series Description: This series consists of the record copy of Rocky Flats' Resource Conservation and Recovery Act Contingency Implementation Plan. Also included are records documenting revisions to the plan, which usually are proposed to accommodate organizational changes and to improve established emergency response procedures. The series contains correspondence; applications for revisions, which are submitted to the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment; and narrative descriptions of, and justifications for, revisions. Subjects addressed in the records include appropriate response strategies for different types of emergencies.
