Series Description: This series consists of 21 volumes of summary reports which were compiled for a 1993 legal case against Rocky Flats for non-compliance with the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act. Of particular interest is Volume 11, titled Summary of Assessment-Evaluation of Operations, Processes, and Activities Impacted by August 1991 Residue Court Order, which lists all waste-producing activities at Rocky Flats. Other volumes contain Waste Stream and Residue Description and Characterization Worksheets, LDR [Land Disposal Requirements] Process Review Worksheets, and Hazardous Waste Exemption Checklists. Records in the top filing cabinet drawer consist of correspondence relating to the case and background documentation collected for the summary records.
