Series Description: This series consists of forms titled Field Note Authorization which Lummus Construction, a subcontracting construction company, completed to document modifications to original design plans, including those for the Plutonium Recovery and Waste Treatment Facility (Buildings 371/374). Most of the modifications appear to pertain to minor structural elements, including cores, seismic supports, and piping. The forms indicate the approval of representatives from C.F. Braun & Co., Rockwell International, and the Atomic Energy Commission. Some architectural drawings and blueprints are also included.
