Series Description: The Temporary Dosimeter Assignment Records consist of three files concerning actions taken when employees lost or forgot their dosimeters. One file contains Temporary TLD [thermoluminescent dosimeter] Badge Forms, which include employee names, identification numbers, building assignments, and reasons for needing a temporary badge. The other two files are of External Dose Equivalent Assignments. These provide employee names, identification numbers, building assignments, organizations or subcontractors, durations of dose equivalent assignments, estimated doses (in millirem), and explanations (the most common was, "Employee lost dosimeter--a dose needs to be assigned for the wear period listed above").
