Series Description: The Medical Limitation Records consist of short reports concerning employees who were unable to work in certain areas or unable to perform certain work tasks because of medical reasons. The records provide employee names, restricted tasks or work areas, and the reasons for the restrictions. Also included are lists of employees who were restricted from work for limited periods, with indications of any extensions to the restrictions.
