Series Description: The High Dosimeter Results Log is a list of employees with unusually high dosimeter readings. Employee information includes names, identification numbers, organization codes, and rates of dosimeter exchanges. The readings are for semi-monthly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly periods. Also in the log is information concerning repair or construction work performed in radiological areas. This section notes project dates, project numbers or authorization codes, descriptions of work performed, and names of employees involved.
