Series Description: The Exposure History Request Records consist of correspondence from various organizations and individuals requesting dosimeter or exposure records for individuals who either visited or were employed by Rocky Flats. Correspondents included personnel from nuclear facilities (e.g., Lawrence Livermore Laboratory, Savannah River Site, Pantex Plant), engineering or construction companies, and various businesses writing on behalf of other employees. The series also contains forms submitted by employees of Rocky Flats who were inquiring about their own exposure rates. Attached to many of the request letters and forms are Radiation Dosimetry's responses, which usually consist of TLD [thermoluminescent dosimeter] data.
