Series Description: This series consists of records which document employees' dosimeter location board assignments. Dosimeter location boards are where employees' dosimeters are stored and displayed when not in use. The series includes Dosimeter Location Forms, which provide employee names; identification, social security, and telephone numbers; building assignments; organization codes; dosimeter location board assignments; and employees' and supervisors' signatures. Also noted on these forms are whether individual employees require wrist dosimeters. The series also contains Dosimeter Service Forms, which indicate when employees changed their badge location boards.
