Series Description: This series consists of records which are used to detect controlled substance abuse among prospective and current Rocky Flats employees. The series contains drug testing consent forms; lists of job applicants who tested positive in pre-employment drug tests; and computer-generated reports, laboratory analyses, and data books of test results (mostly from urinalyses). Many of these records were created as part of the Substance Abuse Monitoring, Personal Security Access, and Workplace Security Access programs. Also included are results from controlled substance tests given to all Department of Transportation employees who are assigned to Rocky Flats.
