Series Description: This series is comprised of documents that outline the various budgets and plans for weapons programs conducted at Rocky Flats. The plans were used by all organizations involved and outlined activities in various phases of the program. Records of particular interest include a description of the Rocky Flats matrix management system, a list of the organizations participating in the program, a brief description of the program and resulting building modifications, milestone charts, pit schedules, and budget reports. Appended to some of the plans are Schedule and Review Procedures, which provide details on program milestones.
