Series Description: This series consists of slides, personal notes, informational pamphlets, and reports used at conferences to educate the general public about radiation and environmental issues. Many of the materials summarize findings from various studies and projects instituted by Health Effects, including the Beryllium Health Surveillance Program; the Transuranic Registry; and animal studies which examined biological absorption rates of plutonium and the effectiveness of DTPA [diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid].
