Series Description: This series consists of photocopies of some records which were seized by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The original arrangement of the records and originating office (or offices) are unknown. Included are environmental reports of offsite monitoring activities; waste management procedures, studies, and reports; responses to inquiries from the Environmental Protection Agency and Congress; toxic chemical inventories; Federal Facility Compliance Agreements; Nuclear Facility Operations Manual; Resource Conservation and Recovery Act action plans; briefings and presentations; environmental restoration plans and budgets; incident reports; and transuranic waste subject files, which include status reports, drum counts, inventories, and analysis plans. Also included are administrative records of Environment, Safety, and Health; Waste Management; and other organizations. Topics addressed include the treatment of waste magnesium metal powder, the Hillside 881 cleanup, asbestos disposal procedures, and air effluent sampling.
