Series Description: This report describes the radiological survey method and decontamination procedures of a privately owned lot located at 261 Midway Road, Oak Ridge, TN. In 1956, J. E. Keeton purchased the lot from the City of Oak Ridge and the U.S. Government. Surveys detected small areas of low-level cesium-137 and cobalt-60 contamination. Locations of contamination, post-clean-up surveys, and a summary of all activities are discussed. Results are provided in microroentgens per hour (uR/h) and picocuries per gram (pCi/g). The report also includes maps, diagrams, and tables.
