Series Description: This record series documents the work history of all Zia Company personnel. The files include Personnel Security Questionnaires, employment applications, requests for record checks submitted to the New Mexico State Police, requests for leave, memoranda regarding pre-employment physical exams, patent agreements, and employee termination forms. These records contain the following information: employee names and identification numbers, social security numbers, addresses, previous addresses, previous employers, sex, race, birthdates, birthplaces, spouses' names and addresses, educational levels, marital status, hire and termination dates, reasons for termination, and wage rates.
