Series Description: This series, stored in binders labeled M[ason] H[anger]-Fitness, consists of health and fitness progress tests used in the Mason and Hanger Wellness Study. The tests contain information about Los Alamos employees participating in the Wellness Program, including the employee name, Z number, test date, physical characteristics, fitness and nutrition level, smoking data, and other information used to gauge physical fitness.
