Series Description: This record series consists primarily of death certificates of former male Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) and Zia Company employees who were removed from a lung cancer study for various reasons, either because they were not LANL or Zia Company employees, their underlying cause of death was not lung cancer, or they were female employees. In addition to death certificates, the series includes employee lists for the study, which provide employee names, birthdates, social security numbers, and work facilities.
