Series Description: This series consists of bound volumes containing hand-drawn charts which list each Los Alamos employee injured from 1945 to 1977. Included are the employee's name, a description of the accident/injury, the date of the accident, the date the employee began losing work time, the date the employee returned to work, the total lost time in days, and the number of days lost per each month of the calendar year. Separate charts exist for each year. This material was used for the injury study funded by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health.
