Series Description: These duplicate death certificates were collected by a Los Alamos National Laboratory radiobiologist for a study of plutonium measurement in autopsy tissue samples. The records accompany autopsy reports for Los Alamos/Zia Company employees maintained in a separate binder. Each death certificate includes the decedent's name and address, sex, dates and places of birth and death, age on last birthday, race, nationality, marital status, spouse's name, parents' names, social security number, occupation, cause of death, attending physician's name, and cemetery location.
