Series Description: The Data Inventory is in a binder labeled ALOO/PSQ Data Inventory, Misc. Los Alamos. The inventory was prepared in support of the Health Study of Workers and contains data inventory sheets for the departments and facilities of the Albuquerque Operations Office, Zia Company, EG&G, and the Energy Research and Development Administration (ERDA). Each inventory sheet lists information on the inventory number and date, Department of Energy (DOE) site, records custodian and responsible custodial subdivision, employer of data inventory subjects, holder of legal title to the data, DOE system number, record title and function, physical form of record, data entry type, data description and location, data variables, contact person, existence of duplicates, the Health Study of Workers capture date, and notes. Also included are sample EG&G, Zia Company, and ERDA forms; memoranda; meeting minutes; and Zia organizational charts.
