Series Description: This series contains health physics data inventory sheets from Rocky Flats, Mound, Los Alamos, and Savannah River. Each sheet contains information on the site, data custodian, employer, records system title and function, physical form of record, data description and variables, date of inventory, and notes. Included with the Rocky Flats and Mound Health Physics data inventory sheets are interview notes, sample forms, a survey of Rocky Flats records systems, contractor and organizational codes, and an organization list. The Savannah River Health Physics Data consist of Health Physics Department organizational charts, interview notes, a data entry format, construction prefixes, and a computer storage layout.
