Series Description: This record series was created to document injuries suffered on the job by Rocky Flats employees and radiation exposures which resulted from those injuries. The records include data for employees of Department of Energy site contractors, Dow Chemical Company (1956-1975) and Rockwell International (1975-1978). An index at the beginning of the record lists employee names, identification numbers, injury dates, and last radiation reading counts. The index is followed by documents pertaining to each employee injury. These documents provide employee names and numbers, descriptions of injuries and treatments, and exposure readings.
