Series Description: This record series contains radiation exposure information for all Rocky Flats employees, including those from the Department of Energy (DOE), ARA Food Service, Meyer and Weddle, DOE-Houston, DEAL [possibly Department of Energy Albuquerque], Colorado State University, Los Alamos Scientific Laboratory, and Lawrence Radiation Laboratory (now Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory). The records in this series generally include the following information: employee names; identification and social security numbers; birth and hire dates; and quarterly exposure readings for penetrating, skin, and hand doses. Also included in the series are annual exposure reports, which provide lifetime exposure totals and termination dates; monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports with doses for skin, hand, and total penetrating radiation indicated in millirem; reports of employee exposures to plutonium, uranium, americium, and alpha radiation; Termination Occupational Exposure Reports, which include employee names, social security numbers, hire and termination dates, contractor numbers, birth and termination dates, and measurements for external and internal exposure to radionuclides; Radiation Dosimetry Body Count Results, which provide employee names, identification numbers, reasons for body counts, work locations, and exposure data in counts per minute and maximum permissible lung burdens; and urine and fecal sampling results.
