Series Description: This record series contains information related to security checks of terminated employees. The files contain Security Termination Statements, which include employee names, identification numbers, titles, present employers, future residences, names and addresses of future employers, reasons for terminations, and termination dates. The files include badge requests and area access approvals which list the plant areas to which the employee had access. The files also include internal and external radiation exposure estimates for employees, which consist of monthly, quarterly, yearly, and occupation-to-date (lifetime cumulative) measurements, including doses to extremities and wrist.
