Series Description: This series consists of urinalysis records testing Mound employees for exposure to radiation and polonium. The records provide study numbers, names, exposure dates, and results in counts per minute. In addition, radiation urinalysis records provide employee badge numbers, social security numbers, dates, readings in counts per minute per milliter, and dates information was entered. Polonium analysis records contain dates, health physics/social security numbers, race codes, and termination dates.
