Series Description: This record series consists of computer-generated reports as follows: Mound Health Physics Coding Instructions, dated October 1982, which provide information on coding personnel data for Health Physics reports; Plutonium-Active Employees, dated January 1980, which contains lung and systemic burden measurements for active personnel monitored by Health Physics and includes employee names, health physics and social security numbers, and lung and systemic burdens in nanocuries; and Mound Health Physics 10 percent Sample Edit, dated August 1982, which includes employee names and social security numbers, previous neutron and tritium body burden levels, and yearly and cumulative neutron and tritium body burden totals.
