Series Description: These materials were used to trace the vital status of former employees at Los Alamos, Mound, Rocky Flats, and the Zia Company. This information was needed for epidemiologic studies of workers at these facilities. This series consists of tracing worksheets, correspondence, copies of death certificates, Personnel Security Questionnaires, mailing lists, and coding information.
