Files Description: These supporting files originate from a variety of different organizations and agencies. LANL Epidemiology staff and the submitting entities compiled the files from vital status, personnel, and work history records, and from other documents containing personal information. Personal identifiers in the files include employee names, social security numbers, birth and death dates, and hire and termination dates.

CHECK.LST is a subfile of the incorrect DATATRIEVE database RF_EXPOSURES_ORID described under section III. Rocky Flats: Raw Data Files. It was created to verify whether the 1951 exposure data was valid.

The file RF_VIT_STAT.ORIG was created in 1993 from RF_CVS_LIST.1292, described under section III. Rocky Flats: Raw Data Files. It includes only social security number and vital status information from the original file.

The files HIRE_TERM_91_ORID_DATA, HIRE_TERM_THRU_91.DAT, and OCCHIS_RF.SRT were files created from RF_OCCHIST.DAT, described under the section III. Rocky Flats: Raw Data Files.

RF_HT_MAY92.DAT is a partial listing of the source file RF_OCCHIST.DAT, which is also listed under III. Rocky Flats: Raw Data Files.

[RF.RF_SEP90]MATCHES.DAT is a file of all Rocky Flats employees exposed to two nCi [nanocuries] PU²³⁹ [according to dosimetry data received from Rocky Flats in September 1990] which was merged with a Rocky Flats cohort with sex and race abstracted.
