Series Description: This series consists of documentation for the S2K database for the Plutonium Workers Study, also referred to as the Health Study of Workers or HSW Study. Included are a notebook, titled Data Instructions and Link Narrative File and dated 1976, and data entry instructions, dated 1978. These documents include field definitions, coding instructions, and file layout information. Also in this series is a user manual from 1978 which includes a history of the database.
