File Description: This series consists of an analysis file created for a combined study of Hanford, Rocky Flats, and Oak Ridge workers. The records, dating from 1943 to 1980, contain information pertaining only to the Hanford site. There are a total of 44,502 records, one for each worker; each record has 56 fields and 302 characters. Information includes birthdate, death date, sex, race, hire and termination date, occupational radiation exposure data, and codes from the International Classification of Diseases, Eighth Revision.
