Series Description: This series consists of questionnaires completed by Hanford employees as part of a pilot study for a project directed by the Department of Energy's Office of Epidemiology and Health Surveillance. The project was designed to collect basic occupational information for health surveillance purposes. Data on the questionnaires include employee names, social security numbers, contractor names, work activities, job titles, college requirements for jobs (if any), total years in position, types of positions, organizational units, average number of hours in different work environments (e.g., office, industrial plant and production, laboratories, and construction sites), protective equipment requirements, and work locations. This study did not extend beyond the prototype stage.
